Common themes of Saturn conjunct Neptune:

2 major themes:
Reset the world order and the myths we tell ourselves about how the world works.
Bring new technologies, especially those that are rolled out to the masses.
*NOTE: Saturn can be associated with science and technology, it is less about inspiration (more Uranus) and more so related to empirical observation: it builds new things. Neptune is associated with collectivism: technologies bring people together.
This conjunction fundamentally changes reality and layers new structures to follow.
1882 - Saturn - Neptune in Taurus:
12th May 1882.

The Triple Alliance (May 1882): Germany, Austria-Hungary and Italy joined together geopolitically. This meant that if one country was threatened, so were the others. This culminated by the time we reached the next conjunction.
1917-19: Saturn - Neptune in Leo:
1st August 1917.

World War One: The resolutions, this coincided with the destruction of the Triple Alliance system and the subsequent birth of a new one.
Edison's Pearl Street electric station: this was the first commercial power plant, it was located in New York City. This allowed people to tap into the electric grid and improve their lives.
Battle of the Somme (Nov 1916): this resulted in 1 million+ casualities, exposed darkness in the world. During this battle, tanks were used in combat for the very first time. Technology and geopolitics merged.
The February Revolution (1917): Tsar Nicholas abdicated in Russia.
Balfour Declaration (Nov 1917): Britain promised to provide a homeland for Jewish people in Palestine. This echoes what has happening recently.
The Bolshevik Revolution (Nov 1918): Since the Bolshevik's took power, the USSR was formed a few years later. This became a central component of the next 35 year cycle. During the 1989 cycle in Capricorn, the USSR collapsed.
Armistice is signed (11th Nov 1918): World War One officially ended but Saturn-Neptune were still co-present until 1919.
1952-53 - Saturn-Neptune in Libra:
21st Nov 1952.
17th May 1953.
22nd July 1953.

The Cold War: this was defined by geopolitical tensions between the US and the USSR. This brought into question the balance (Libra) of power. This was a proxy war, it didn't offically end, the powers just stopped fighting.
The Korean War (1952-53): this was almost forgotten but it planted seeds that set up the next 35 years, it brought the idea of an armistice or stalemate into question.
Iran (1953): there was an MI6 backed Coup, this ousted the previously elected Iranian leader. They had sent the CIA to overthrow the government to capture oil so that this could be sent to the West.
The first commercial computer (June 1951): this layed a new technological foundation, it related to the electricity of 1852.
Detonation of first hydrogen bomb: the US and the Soviet Union set off their bombs, this brought a bipolar world and defined the geopolitical sphere for the next 35 years.
US television ownership exploded (1951): the amount of TV owners increased from 1.5 to 15 million.
1989 - Saturn - Neptune (and Uranus) in Capricorn:
3rd March 1989.
24th June 1989.
13th Nov 1989.

Collapse of the Berlin Wall (1989):
Break up of the USSR:
Tim Burner's Lee proposed the World Wide Web (March 1989): this combined innovation (Uranus), connectivity (Neptune) and structure (Saturn).
Game Boy released (April 1989): this laid a foundation for technology to come in the future (phones and internet).
George Bush: declared there was a new world order in congress, this was a big idea surrounding the US dominated world.
The rules based order (1989-2026): proxy for America rules and runs everything.
2026 - the present Saturn - Neptune conjunction in Aries:
20th February 2026.

3 themes are prevalent currently:
Epstein Files - reveals the power of immoral structures in politics.
Geopolitics - peace negotiations between Russia/Ukraine and potential US attack on Iran.
Artificial Intelligence (AI): new and innovative agents.
The Epstein Files:
Chinese President Xi Ping.
Russian President Vladimir
Jeffrey Epstein.
Peter Mandleson.
Tony Blair.
What is ending now?
US Hegemony under the guise of a 'rules based order': we may see an order where rules are no longer followed. China rises, Russia asserts its dominance: America cannot act whenever it wants.
The Post Cold War institutional order: China dominates instead of the US.
Geopolitics - what this conjunction may bring:
Relevance of Russia:
Saturn-Neptune conjunctions usually bring redefinitions of Russian borders:
1703: The founding of St Petersburg.
Japan:
1952: The modern Japanese state was reestablished, the allied occupation ended.
1989: Japanese Emperor died, the Nikkei Index peaked but the economy never reached those heights.
2026: Conservative Japanese Prime Minister won a landslide victory, this was a rejection of Liberalism and multiculturalism which the leader vocally opposes.
Technology:
1989: the beginning of the World Wide Web.
Moltbook/AI Agents: this came online just days after Saturn entered Aries. These operate autonomously, they communicate together with human instruction. Aries carries themes of birth and new emergence, it rules action.
