On 26th January 2026, a significant global shift occurred when Neptune entered Aries. Neptune takes 165 years to transit the entire zodiac (spending 13-14 years in one sign).
From 2011 - 2026, Neptune has been swimming through the dreamy, boundless and emotional waters of Pisces. Neptune’s entry into Aries is a monumental shift, it marks the beginning of a brand new era. Although 2025 saw a preview, we have not experienced this complete transit since 1861-75.

As Neptune enters Aries, the once calm waters produce a tidal wave. This shift will be felt abruptly, the blinders come off and we realise how confused we were. Neptune in Aries will idealise self-sovereignity, independence, but also warfare and conflict.
The deceptive element of this transit is that we must fight and conquer. Neptune rules sacrifice whilst Aries is naturally individualistic, be one of the few who doesn’t engage in confrontation. People will idealise leaders and masculine traits such as strength, courage and dominance.
Aries is the first zodiac sign, it rules gut instinct but also survival. Nobility, struggle, heroism and conflict will all be glamourised globally and warfare will be seen as sacred. Ensure to focus on taking decisive action and self-advocacy rather than fighting. There will be an “every man for himself” mentally, focus on yourself without being selfish!

On 20th February 2026, Saturn-Neptune form a conjunction. This alignment dissolves (Neptune) structures (Saturn) especially in military contexts (Aries).

Media and entertainment: war epics, military dramas and superhero films will be popular. These will be framed around heroism, courage and violence. Lone fighter narratives will idealise what is heroic and noble. Conflict is mythologised, strength, bravery and independence will be themes.
Popular culture and music: a shift towards emotional/introspective music to aggressive and raw expression. Hard rock, industrial, anthemic pop and rap will be popular and carry themes of defiance, confrontation and survival.
